Hi guys!

I'm finishing up my I-485 Packet and I was wondering what I had to send along with my I-864 form.

I know I-864a goes along with it, since my household member will be filing an I-864 form as well. What else do I need?

the 864 and 864a are two different types of forms. If the household member is filing an 864, no 864a seems to be needed.

Please explain who will be filing what.

An I-864 is provided by the USC spouse/petitioner, and if needing a joint sponsor, they would also provide their own separate I-864. Someone that is a qualifying household member of a sponsor and agrees to have their income combined with that of the sponsor filling out the I-864, would fill out an I-864A.

Thanks for making that clear! So I'll be filing two separate I-864 forms. My original question was: what evidence needs to be mailed in with this form?
