Mine has never updated since I had my biometrics done and I have held my greencard since 2005....

Thanks for posting that! Mine hasn't updated since Biometrics and I was feeling forgotten :unsure: Now I feel better! :thumbs:

November 29th 2006 - AOS mailed

December 4th, 2006 - NOA

December 21, 2006 - Biometrics

January 3, 2007 - OUR FIRST ... and last touch

That's right... nothing nothing nothing.. no touch.. No email.. no nudge

July 9, 2007 - Card Production Ordered email received! - Yay!

July 10, 2007 - WELCOME TO THE USA Letter received

July 16, 2007 - CARD COMES IN THE MAIL! YAY

The status updates are normally delayed. Nothing to worry about.

ONE DAY AT A TIME....

REMOVAL OF CONDITIONS

12/30/2008: Overnighted I-751 package to VSC

01/06/2009: Check cashed

01/06/2009: NOA (arrived 01/09/09)

01/23/2009: Biometrics appt letter received

01/31/2009: Biometrics scheduled

05/20/2009: APPROVED

06/23/2009: 10 Year Green Card arrived

we got our interview notice last week (yay!), but the case status online hasn't updated since we returned the RFE a few weeks ago. Is this anything to be worried about?

Case status online doesn't get updated usually when interview notice is sent out. Have a look at the result of this poll if you don't believe me! :)

06-27-06 : RFE Notice of Receipt imbra (email)

07-10-06 : Approved NOA2 (email)

07-12-06 : NOA2 postmarked

07-14-06 : NOA2 received in mail

07-12-06 : NVC received

07-19-06 : Sent to Moscow

07-20-06 : letter from NVC dated July 18 that they rec petition and would forward

07-25-06 : Moscow rec

07-26-06 : DOS tells me that Moscow has sent packet (does not happen in Moscow)

08-19-06 : Moscow sends interview letter

10-05-06 : Interview - CAKE WALK!

Case status updates are not reliable. One would think that VJers would understand that after reading a few threads like this one.
