Hello everyone,i started this journey since january before my wife sucessfully submited the form on march .we have RFE which we sent back on 28th of sept,and i130 was aproved on 8th oct why k3 is pending because we submited k3 on july,now should we call uscis to stop k3?secondly,what is the next step after i130 got approved ?thanks as i wait for your reply

If your I-130 got approve before the I-129f got approved then the k-3 will be close. There should be nothing more for you to do

You will now be doing the CR-1/IR-1 visa depending on how long you have been married as to which visa you will get

The next step in the process for you will be the NVC
