US Travel Docs Error?

Hello all,

I am finally in the last few steps of scheduling a K1 visa interview appointment for Costa Rica. When I go to the US Travel Docs site (for Costa Rica), I go through the steps and get to the last page where I need to schedule my interview. However, I get this error: There are currently no appointments available. What's going on???

I'm wondering if it's down for the Colombus Day holiday maybe?

I have emailed the support, but just wondered if anyone else was having any issues?

What about that is an error? There's no open dates.....just keep checking everyday.

We have been in this a while like most others have and we're just anxious. I sort of assumed I would have no issues getting an appointment in Costa Rica as it is a small country and has one of the lowest amounts of K1 visa applicants. That could be the reason why though. I read on the CR consular page on VJ that they only do immigrant visa interviews 3 days a week from 12:00-1:30 because there are so few immigrant applicants. But to be honest I don't think that's accurate.

Update: I ended up caling the US Travel Docs support line and the agent told me he'd request more available times be put in by the embassy, but it would take 3-5 business days.
