When did the embassy send your case back.

They should still have it the letter from the senator is dated October 6, and ceac last update says October 8, still in administrative processing, the senator is the one who said they are sending it back I haven't recieved anything from anyone else, I just faxed the letters to my lawyer this morning, he said once uscis sends the noir then we can rebut what the embassy said

Well Boiler I did attend my husband third interview it didn't go well because I did make the co mad, she said because my husband is Muslim and his age she feels he probably already married with kids, and I told her since she stated she knew I had a issue in 1999, that where is the proof he is already married, and she told me she didn't have to prove anything or listen to anything I had said during the interview that it was on my husband to convince her, and I asked since it was why couldn't we go to the interview room and get to the bottom of what ever was bothering her and she said she didn't feel like it, now mind you she did fill the blue slip out for his visa and I gave her his passport, she then decided that since I wasn't listening to how all these women come to Ghana and get scammed by these men she said she had no choice but to put him in ap, I will say when I started out I had no idea of this helpful site and great advise that's given to people here, I wish I had known I would have done things differently, but at the same time the co working there don't care

Don't they have to have real evidence of fraud?

No mention of there being a fraud accusation.

Technically my wait hasn't even begun ?, the senator said it taking uscis 12 months to review returned petitons, I don't know how are where you can keep track of how fast or slow it's going

That is what I thought, but the senator said she saw the co notes, any co can write whatever they feel that's why I'm like really ?

So what the heck is USCIS for? Why do they approve petitions knowing this is going to happen. They know consulars are returning petitions.

You do not need a SSN.

When the case is returned back to USCIS there is no way to track it.

Some plans will cover spouses etc outside the US, some will not, I was answering the question about needing a SSN.

I don't think the Ghanaian citizenship will help. Think co mingled lives in finances, car title, on lease, that can be tough because he is not here

obviously without SSN etc. but you have several visits and the other items mentioned (CC, land, ) that should satisfy USCIS.

The wait is long but who knows it may speed up, couple years ago it took 4-6 months. Think of it as more than enough time to collect more evidence.
