Hi do I have to take the nikah license/cert it's from my religious ceremony or should I take the court marriage certificate/ licence. Please help

also if yes where do I get it translated?

Yes, both. You could translate it yourself if you're fluent in both languages. You'll need to attach a document similar to this: http://www.visajourney.com/content/translations

There's no policy that states the translator has to be a professional.
