We have already gone the senator route and that hasnt really helped. He told us what we already knew, our paperwork was fine and the interview was successful...we are just in administrative process limbo for some reason.

There was a mistake on my form for Loomis...my birthdate was by off by one day but I really can't see that causing a three-month delay at the Montreal consulate.

I was wondering if anyone knows of any other process I can go through or if I should just try an immigration lawyer now.

I am beyond fustrated.

Lawyers at this point unlike to help. Sadly Montreal can be VERY slowww

Ive seen two or three people who had their CR1 visas within a week or two at the end of September. I am just confused by what the heck is happening to mine since the paperwork is fine.
