Wow! I was spending some time today going through the various forums that have pertained to our journey (Philippines, K-1, AOS and now ROC) and I realized that I filed our I-129F 3 years ago today--the day before my birthday. Joan and I are now very happily married and in the waiting phase of the ROC process. My note to all of you newbies--hang in there. It is a long and sometimes disheartening process that often seems overwhelming. You have got a tremendous resource here with VisaJourney. The guides are a great place to start for each step of the process and the many members are so willing to help and address your questions/concerns when a little research does not produce what you need. Joan and I would like to take this time to personally everyone on this site for their support and guidance along the way. I know I am going to miss some and I do apologize, but a few members stand out as incredible resources. Newbies, listen to and trust these people--they have been there:

Oath Ceremony 3/21/17--Joan is a US Citizen!

Dual Citizenship 7/7/22 Joan is now a Dual US/Filipino Citizen!
