She wants to emigrate to the US and thought her relationship to a USC would be a way to do it.

I was working 2 jobs before I left USA. He takes all the money I was making. and just give me 5 dollars for food. I keep the extra money so I can send some money to my family. He saw my savings and I told him I am sending that to my family as gift for xmas. He said NO. I am not sending anything in Philippines he got all upset and I got scared to ask him again. I don't have any control of my money. He doesn't want me to buy things for my self.

He cuts off TV, no computer or internet at home. When I was there, I don't really know what's going on with the world.

all he wanted me to do is clean the house, clean dog ###### in the backyard, make food for him and make money for him.

He yelled at me and call me names if something I do doesn't satisfy him. From a piece of wrapper I forget to throw, a toilet lid I forgot to close.

There was an instance, he saw a wet spot on the carpet and asked me what was that.. I said maybe water or dogs urine. He asked me to smell it. I told him I will just clean it up.He forced me to smell it like a dog. and after i did it, he laughed out loud. He treated me like an animal.

He doesn't give me right to speak if it means disagreeing he would threat to slap me. He thinks he is always right and everyone is wrong.

Even I am sleeping, He would wake me up and make me clean if something he sees wasn't cleaned well. I couldn't leave him because I am scared.

I have no friends to talk to and I feel embarrassed to tell people of my husbands behavior.

When he said he wants to go to Philippines to live there, I went with him hoping our life would be better but I was wrong. It got worst. don't want to give details what happened in Philippines because that wasn't the concern anymore. you are talking about abuse, tell me if he hasn't abused me or that abuse wasn't extreme.

Did you know what you gotten yourself into before you married him?

It will seem to the USCIS, so you married this man not for love but because you'd do anything to live in the states...

Right, I will do anything to live in the state exactly. That's Why I left USA.

Leaving everything behind in Philippines to be with the man I love who Deceived me and promised me we will live together for the rest of our life in peace and harmony, promised to love and respect me, honor me just to be in the end be his slave.

Anyway.. You don't know anything and stop judging me.

The OP has received consistent answers to her opening question, and any further advice had best come from an attorney. This thread has begun to degenerate, and it's therefore now closed to further comment. Do not restart this thread.
