Left US before conditional green card expired. Can i get it back if i file under vawa even if im already back to my home country?

That's a very nice advice. Thank you, I appreciate it. I read immigration laws but still, I have questions needed answers. Is there any immigration lawyer who are giving free advice? or how much do they charge to give an advice? any idea?

Your old green card is gone.

You can file an I-360 seeking an immigrant visa through VAWA if you have proof of having a bona fide marriage and substantial proof of abuse; you would need to either still be married or have gotten divorced within the past two years.

You would also need to show that you departed the US as a direct result of the abuse you suffered from your abuser.

Thanks, I don't know my husband's where about. Not sure if he is in Philippines or he left. And yes, I am still legally married to him. We got separated more than 2 years now.
