Hello, my fiance had an inteview for k1 on september 29, 2015. I was given a 221g and instructed to submit additional documents to the consulate. Just recently i was given a courier number and something is on the way. I'm confused however because the visa page says i need to schedule a follow-up appointment 2 months from now. I'm worried. Is this normal to have to go back for another interview? Do they have doubt? Why are they making her go to another interview? I don't live anywhere near the consulate and will have to fly there again which is pricey. Can you shed some light on this please? thank you for your time.

sounds like all you need to do is submit the documents they ask for

you are lucky to have a second interview chance

GOOD LUCK TO YOU

and you do not have to be at the interview, only your fiancee

Thank you for the reply, I should have been more specific. Actually the documents they asked for were already submitted. At the interview the CO told her that she would not have to come to another interview. What I'm confused on is why the visa page is asking her to schedule another interview and what a follow-up action interview actually means.
