2GO Pick-up or Delivery?

Hi VJers!

My Dad is going to have his interview(IR1) this coming Tuesday 10/13, If all goes well.... I wonder which is faster to get the visa via 2GO?

PICK-UP or Home Delivery?

They registered the address like instructed on the email they received. (ustraveldocs.com/ph/) and they choose to pick it up on the nearest SM mall.

My mom is flying back to US on 10/25 and really wants to take my dad with her. (dad CFO seminar scheduled is on 10/19).

Fastest is pickup the visa package at 2GO MOA branch. If you do not live close enough to pickup at MOA, I don't think any one of the others faster than the other after that.

Follow up question if you dont mind----Hypothetically speaking, and I am assuming MOA would be in Manila ......How much time would it save? if money is not an option and one could stay in a hotel in Manila and wait for it to be ready for pick up vs shipping it to Cebu? @1 week faster maybe? Or more like 2 days or so?----color me being optomistic and planning ahead for work schedules

MNL# ,Passport no. and UID still invalid.

How long before 2GO gets my dads Visa pocket? (ceac status = ISSUED)

We set the pick up location at SM Manila, I want to change it to MOA before the interview but it might create more delay so We stick on the original pick up location.

Let us know the update of your dad's packet/visa. My daughter just had her interview on the 14th and passed.

10/15 3PM Ustraveldocs.com = Passport has been received from the consular section, and is currently being processed for delivery

I checked 2GO tracking using UID no. and status = In-transit (scan 9:30AM 10/15)

I hope they can pick up this pocket by this weekend so they can take it to the CFO seminar by Monday and be done with it.
