Hello All-

Need some help. My Spouse Interview is scheduled today for November 24th. My Petition was for F2A and later it was upgraded to CR`. We didn't got the interview letter yet. Here are my questions:

1. What are the original documents we have to carry during interview?

2. I have changed my job after our NVC case completion. Do I have to submit the new I864EZ? I don't have issue for sponsorship and I don't need a Joint one.

3. Since I have updated my cases do we have to show the original Neutralization certificate?

4. Will they allow me to go with her in the interview?

5. Is there any chance of getting AP, if so how long it will take for her, any idea?

6. How we can found out about Medical Appointment and when to take it?

Thanks in advance...

Hello All-

Need some help. My Spouse Interview is scheduled today for November 24th. My Petition was for F2A and later it was upgraded to CR`. We didn't got the interview letter yet. Here are my questions:

1. What are the original documents we have to carry during interview?

Your interview letter should name them, but passport, birth certificate, affidavit of support and supporting documents, her divorce decree, if applicable, marriage certificate, police report, (unless already submitted originals to NVC) passport photos and the medical results. The packet IV instructions link below lists them as well.

2. I have changed my job after our NVC case completion. Do I have to submit the new I864EZ? I don't have issue for sponsorship and I don't need a Joint one.

It would be a good idea, yes. You can just edit the PDF you used before, as applicable.

3. Since I have updated my cases do we have to show the original Neutralization certificate?

No.

4. Will they allow me to go with her in the interview?

That's Consular Unit specific, so I don't know, but you can email them and ask. See link below.

5. Is there any chance of getting AP, if so how long it will take for her, any idea?

There's always a chance but for a female from Bangladesh, it is unlikely.

6. How we can found out about Medical Appointment and when to take it?
