It is cute and all old world Europe. I always pictured Polish cities as being more modern and I have no idea why I'd think that.

Follow up story to the school that banned Christmas and the pledge of allegiance

http://nypost.com/2015/12/15/sanity-wins-out-school-brings-back-santa-and-the-pledge/

At my daughter's school they aren't allowed to do anything at Halloween that isn't Fall related, so it basically has to just be leaves and pumpkins. :sleepy: I don't see that as much different.

Well, here, the people have spoken.

At my daughter's school....the SLT (me), the faculty, and the principal, all see eye to eye. There's a Christmas tree in the school.

them. I offend them? No, they offend me!

Did you read the part where the superintendent stormed into her school, and 5 minutes later, the PA said "rise for the pledge of allegiance"?

NYC is a little more conservative than people think.

Now....I need a disc cultivator.....

I'm all about the non-christian reasons to celebrate Christmas. It's about family for me, which was the only reason I enjoyed the nativity thing.

So Merry Ho-ho peoples!

I'm not religious.

I do consider myself Christian.

I do like the 10 commandments. Which is also where our penal law comes from.

My family, loves the holiday spirit!

And we love this country.

Tark, would put a Duralast battery in his car lol

Only if bought resale or at a GS/ES, :bonk: man!

The little Jedi has been talking up a storm lately. [...] He may just be walking by Christmas

Yay, walking/talking Jedi wee man!

I ordered Tiff's Christmas gift. Eau de toilet (Tark's favorite).

If you really loved her, you'd get her a pre-owned toilet seat and an atomizer of the preferred scent: L'arôme d'un siège de toilette utilisé. Give Tiff the whiff, sniff man.
