As much as I don't understand certain things in the USA, like health care insurance, what I do understand is how I get paid and the basics of my pay check and taxes. How can people not figure out their yearly income or if they need their gross or net income? I get that someone has to teach someone for them to learn but why wouldn't you actively seek out learning things like this? For instance if I was going to vote, I would make sure I understand how my vote affects the election. If I am ever going to make sure my pay is correct, I need to understand the terms etc on my pay stub. It's amazing how Americans, who in general, want as little government interaction in their lives as possible, seem to not make a point of learning what they need to know and just think things just happen or take care of themselves.

It just baffles me.

Oh and I was called immature by a 60+ year old lady because SHE was looking for xbox 1 games. I told her where they were and showed her what the box looks like. I told her about the rating system since she seemed clueless. I do this because I think sometimes grandparents are more concerned about buying age appropriate games than parents are. So E if for everyone and M is for mature, so 17+. She was like, well if you're mature you don't know about these things anyhow. I'm like, i'm 34 and play video games. . She says "exactly my point!" so... because I can find what she's looking for, and know about it, and she didn't make an effort to learn what she was looking for, she had to ask the "immature" worker at the store what it even was. Wow... People. Wow...

Rant, see man: The middle temperature on heating-pads is less than worthless, grrr man. The high temperature burns the skin before it helps the back, grrr and ouch man. This is another $Many idea, $i man.
