07-20-2007 = Phoned Immigration Officer; got WAC#; where's NOA1?

09-25-2007 = Touch (first-ever).

09-28-2007 = NOA1, 23 days after their 45-day promise to send it (grrrr).

10-20 & 11-14-2007 = Phoned ImmOffs; "still pending."

12-11-2007 = 180 days; file is "between workstations, may be early Jan."; touches 12/11 & 12/12.

12-18-2007 = Call; file is with Division 9 ofcr. (bckgrnd check); e-prompt to shake it; touch.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

ok, since you not dress up for Halloweens,

did you help anyone dress up or act as guardian for the street visits?

Or are you a 'All Saints Day' active participant, instead?

I'm not against Halloween, but since I have no kids to corrupt them, I celebrate 'All Saints Day' :)

And on Halloween evening this year I went to theater.

The play didn't have anything common with Halloween, btw.

I got called to an emergency CCP eating and drinking party....<sigh>

I know I shouldn't complain about being paid to go eating and drinking like a corrupt China official....

But I hate it. There's gotta be a better way....

Now time for a "Going back to work tomorrow" shower....

Delinquent Sunday highlights, catch-up man:

Amidst Many (2+2+1) laundry loads, took Mini-B. out, we with wee man.

Lunched heartily at Jack in the Box, including French fries with ketchup, ingest all wee man.

Gave Mommy's car a drink, gas man.

-- Mini-B. opened gas cap, inserted credit card, & punched octane button, helpful wee man.

-- Mini-B. helped to squeegee the dirty taillights, helpful wee man.

Went to pond to feed tortilla cheaps to ducks, quack man.

-- Most ducks apparently napping, zzz quack man.

-- One duck partook of offer of the cheaps, ingest quack man.

-- Turtles in pond nibbled at thrown-in cheaps, ingest man.

Looked for rubias but found none, so decided to return to casa, we & wee man.

Good bachelor outing was enjoyed by all, we & wee man.
