Speaking of low commissions....well, first, where's Tark....

Anyway, speaking of low commissions. I just lost the second best employee I have. Because the big guy and I don't agree on salaries and bonuses....we're not paying this guy enough.

3 years ago, I had 30 here. Today, I'm down to 20 (just lost 2 last week). I need 26. Now we're scrambling to call past applicants....and I only have 2, maybe 3, that'll fit the bill...

The state here can't figure out why they can't keep their engineers.

You think the fact that the pay sucks would come to mind?

The worse part is that it's already in the books to give them higher pay. They just don't feel like it.
