waiting for interview to be scheduled

Timeline

NVC Received case 21 Aug and they transfered my case to Islamabad embassy on 28th Aug after that on 8 sep embassy asked me to fill form DS-160 and send the receipt with othe ID Doc.to Islamabad US consulate. i have sent all these doc. to embassy on 29 sep 2015.

please let me know how longit will take to schedule Interview i will be very thankful to you.

I think you will get your interview at any moment since I came across someone in this forum had same dates and just got scheduled for November 6 or 7 I guess. Beside this you mentioned you have sent 'ID Doc.' to embassy what kind of ID Doc.??? I am also sending you a private message. Thanks.

doucments include police certificates from all countries where you have lived more then 6 months after the age of 16.

birth certificate, passport copy, complete form i134 w3 tax form, IRS statement will be preferable

origional also requied with obe photo copy.

passport shouldn't be send by courier

Was there any news on this? ... I did the same thing and found out we missed our interview because we were never informed of a date or time!

I applied for a K1 visa and it's been over 2 weeks since the ISL embassy received my case and haven't emailed me packet 3 yet. I'm not sure what's going on there, but I am going to get my senator involved since they should have at least sent an email to either me or my fiance. I'm not sure what documents they'll need for packet 3. Anyone know?
