I got email from my agent.. Now I need to pay Affidavit of Support and

IV Application Processing Fees

:$120+ $325

Before I pay the fees, can I change my agent with ds 3032?

Long story to short, they got the mail to pay the fees 6 months ago. However, they forgot to tell us by saying "we couldn't contact you."

I am afraid that if I pay the fees, all the important applications will be delivered to them without me knowing that.

If you complete the DS-261 (Choice of Agent) online then you can select yourself and enter your e-mail address. NVC will then contact you via e-mail.

You can call NVC and choose an agent over the phone. Is the agent you mentioned the petitioner? Does the petitioner not want to be involved in this process? Would you be able to say what visa category you're applying for?

it is "F1" . i didn't know that I could choose my agent over the phone. My father is my petitioner who got a stroke with right arm and leg not moving. My brother will be my agent.

In this case, who should call? my father or me or my brother? my father is not able to speak any language well

You can select anyone to be your agent. It doesn't have to be the petitioner. Go ahead and select your brother. He will receive all correspondence.
