Not to minimize your personal pain but it used to be worse, this is an improvement on 8 yrs ago when they did the scheduling and you had zero control.

I absolutely feel your frustration

Montreal is a nightware. I wonder why the ***k they don't hire more staff or start doing interviews at toronto or Ottawa consulate as well. Can this issue not be escalated to anyone? my case is still in transit to montreal and by reading all the posts here I guess January is out of the pic. Waiting 3 months just for the interview is crazy!

Your profile indicates K1 - so children are K2... K3 is a spousal VISA

Yes you are correct sorry, its been such a long process i forgot the dang number ;)

First the huge delays in the Texas Service center, now this. Go figure.

Is it possible to remove the K2 visas from your account at the stage you're at?

After setting up my account and paying my K1 fee, there was still the option to "add applicants" to an account (though I'm travelling by myself so I have no idea whether it works or not...). So maybe try and see if you can pay for just the K1 and add the K2s after?

My Payment went through had to do it via the phone, my comment was in response to another user who needed help.

Though I am not able to book an appointment which sucks

My bad, I thought you and Sapphhira were the same person.

I called and they said no appointments available. They were just checking on our on-line page that we can see and she just read it off verbatim. I tried to explain the problem we are having and she told me they cannot help with that. so we have hit a dead end. I tried to make a new account using my Fiancées e-mail to see if it would work and it did not... got the same thing, stuck at the payment page still with no way to pay.

I honestly think it is the multiple family member thing messing it up. Does anyone know who I can go to for help, I will e-mail again but that was a dead end last time and they just reprimanded me pretty much saying I was trying to cut ahead of other people and that I had to do it through the website just like everyone else does.

Someone Please help us! Its been 2 1/2 months of clicking the site constantly all day and even in the middle of the night and still never once have found an open interview =(

My above suggestion was supposed to be directed to you :)

what # I should be calling if I want to book an appointment? I made the payment today but the calendar is all greyed out for me!! Thanks!

Depending on where you are in Canada, these are the numbers you should be calling to book an appointment! :)

We have found out how to finally book my family, took a lot of e-mails and talking to lots of people before someone knew what was wrong but I finally know what to do....its going to take me months still to get an appointment but al least I have hope that someday....

I will post more details once I actually have an appointment set in stone....dont want to take a chance of someone at the consulate getting angry with us if I give the wrong info to others so until it works....

No interview dates, this is just insane!

As much as I might sound a bit of a downer saying this, January could possibly be completely booked up. The day that they opened up was from October 28-29, which started from January 5th to 28th. I have a feeling you might have to wait a week or more for either dates that have been canceled or for February to open up.

Personally I contacted the consulate once a week, every Tuesday till I got fed up and sent an email requesting to speak to the one in charge of the appointments. Sadly I didn't get to post the email I had in time yet for others to see on here but I was told that there would of been appointments opened up within the week of October 26th-30th.

The Visa Center that I referred you to for calling will not know when appointments will open up and since the consulate has just accepted a whole new batch of people, they also might be iffy on giving an answer until a week or two due to possible over bookings.

It is very repetitive and very bothersome since I honestly was sitting at this computer for the past month barely eating, drinking or doing anything else other than watch netflix and check for the process on my laptop. It's really to where you have to check as much as you can, within every 2-5 minutes that you can spare.

To those who got lucky to get a spot within the times they had it open, congratulations and I hope to all of you it goes well on the dates you have chosen, to those I might see on January 5th, 2016, we're a day closer to that date we have all been dreaming of! Stay strong everyone, we've all made it this far, some of us have waited longer and some of us have been extremely fortune regarding time, do not give up faith as everything will work out!
