I still see January 26, 27, 28, 29 open. I hope you guys can still get these dates somehow. That's very upsetting and unfair. So sorry you guys are dealing with this issue!

I called and they said no appointments available. They were just checking on our on-line page that we can see and she just read it off verbatim. I tried to explain the problem we are having and she told me they cannot help with that. so we have hit a dead end. I tried to make a new account using my Fiancées e-mail to see if it would work and it did not... got the same thing, stuck at the payment page still with no way to pay.

I honestly think it is the multiple family member thing messing it up. Does anyone know who I can go to for help, I will e-mail again but that was a dead end last time and they just reprimanded me pretty much saying I was trying to cut ahead of other people and that I had to do it through the website just like everyone else does.

Someone Please help us! Its been 2 1/2 months of clicking the site constantly all day and even in the middle of the night and still never once have found an open interview =(

Everyone sure it's not a browser issue? Things have been known to not load in certain browsers. Try another browser if one VJer can see appoints and another cannot it sounds technical.

Positive, have tried every browser we can think of, Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari, Mobile..... Looks the same everywhere.... the girl at the consulate on the phone this morning when I called and tried to pay read my page off verbatim even as far as the "There are no available appointments at this time. Please check back in a few days as the Consular Section will open more appointments" So even there they are seeing the same page we are. I contacted the troubleshooting team at the consulate and they gave me heck for e-mailing them saying its not a webpage issue and I need to be patient and keep checking the site.....

We are starting to wonder if the K3 Visa is any easier and if we should get married and then start all over applying for a K3 instead....

oh well that stinks...Don't think Montreal does K3s anymore, you do an IR1/CR1 depending on length of marriage ....at least you're at the appointment stage so the finish line is in sight - 8 yrs ago they scheduled interview for K1s and you were at their mercy...

Understand that you think its not technical.

But have you tried using someone else computer at a different house so its a different internet connection?

This could be a setup issue on your computer, even if you are using different browsers. I also wouldn't just go on what someone on the other end of the phone tells you. I would check on my own, buy using a different internet connection and computer else where.

Just my 2 cents.

We were unable to access the website from our home, went to a relative's with a different internet provider and accessed everything just fine. It's worth trying to access the site from another location and even another computer if possible.

As of right now, it's showing January 27th and 28th have available appointments.

If trying another computer at a different location all together doesn't work it really is starting to sound like a multiple family member issue with the system. Have you tried to PM other multiple family member's on this website, whose consulate was also Montreal and see if they also had the same issue? Maybe they can be the most helpful. Hang in there! :(

Montreal is a nightware. I wonder why the ***k they don't hire more staff or start doing interviews at toronto or Ottawa consulate as well. Can this issue not be escalated to anyone? my case is still in transit to montreal and by reading all the posts here I guess January is out of the pic. Waiting 3 months just for the interview is crazy!

That I think was the same problem I had (having 3 K3 visas as well) and I thought I just called the regular support/contact us number from the website and was able to get it done. Told them i was having problems submitting online and that i needed to submit it via the phone. I believe they sent me to an automated phone system to make the payment.

I wonder if it has to do with the fact we have K3 visas as well? I dunno, ive tried from work computer home computer, cell phone, chrome/ie/firefox and tried calling the (for us resident line) and the quebec line. To no avail.

Your profile indicates K1 - so children are K2... K3 is a spousal VISA
