This is what it has looked like for us for over a month and a half, we called and they said this was what we were supposed to see till there were appointments available....

I agree that it's strange. Even when there were no interviews available, I was able to select a payment type, but I don't see that in your screenshot. I've heard of several people who paid even though there were no appointments available. I'm not sure what to suggest other than to call. Were you able to choose your Loomis location?

How did you get an appointment for the 16th of December Mad & J? I got my email from the consulate on the same day and all day there was nothing available. What time did you look at?

Hello. I am in the same page as you right now. Makes me worry too. When you check the calendar for appointment dates, is everything grayed out? I checked until 2017 for any available ones but apparently all the months are unavailable. Been checking it every few hours for anything to pop up. ?

I am having a very similar problem however mine is complicated by the site not even having the way to pay available. It just brings me to a payment page that says no appointments available for Montreal and no link or anything to pay. We have called and they say that the pay button will open up once there is an appointment and will not take our payment over the phone. We have been clicking 10x a day or more each since August 24th and nothing is ever available.

I dont know what to do, I have an alarm set for the middle of the night so I can check then and we check on all our devices constantly.....

Hello. Really? How come? Is it a technical problem? That indeed is bothersome. I was able to reach step 3 and pay via credit card and after that the calendar for appointments came out. But that's where I'm still stuck at. No available dates whatsoever.

Times like this is when I wish we actually had answers, like "You should possibly be able to in two weeks, if time permits." or something along the lines.

I got the packet 4 email around noon. Since I was sitting at my desk, I was able to immediately log into the website, pay the fee, and book. When I booked there were only two days open on the calendar, December 16th and 17th. I clicked on 16th and there was only one interview slot open so I took it. I didn't check how many slots were open on the 17th, but when I logged back in later that evening to print out my confirmation, both of those dates were grayed out, so they were booked really quickly. I suppose it depends on how early you tried to book yours? At what time did you get your Packet 4 email?

It's really bad luck though that they haven't opened up new dates since then. :( If you've already paid the fee, you should be able to snag an interview date as soon as they open back up. I imagine you've already been doing this, but I'd check every hour during the Consulate's business hours.

So we have no payment link on our page, have been checking multiple times a day and always the same screen. Called today for the second time and again she refused to take our payment over the phone and insists that we will be able to on the site when there are appointments available. I have e-mailed both available e-mail addresses explaining our situation and I really hope that works for us as the call line is a dead end... I even told her that we have no payment link on our page and she insists that will change when there are appointments.

Is there another line I can call? Does anyone else know of something else we can do? We have given up on our Christmas wedding at this point and my mind is starting to wonder if we will ever get to be together.....

Try to wait at least a few business days for the e-mails before you take any further action.

But, how many different visas are registered on your account that you're trying to pay for? It seems that this happens most often to people trying to do it with multiple visa's at a time, especially if they are all different types of visas. Also which number did you call?

So after many emails and many attempts to calling the consulate, I finally got somewhat of an answer. At the moment, the consulate's appointment booking is disabled due to over booking. So they are switching people that are in the overbooked sections to newer dates, but there should be appointments going up soon! How soon? Sadly that was information not given since there's currently a lot of people. So if I had a guess, another week or two and something should show up. As the woman told me, she has a very high doubt it would take more than two months to book an interview but to make sure you're on track, attempt to check the CSC appointment site every 30 minutes to hour to make sure you haven't missed an appointment slot.

I also spoke to her about how my approval is expiring on December 4th, 2015. I was told that even if it expires, I can still do my interview and medical, only thing I will need to do is print out all my documents (such as conversations with the consulate in Montreal, proving I've been trying to book for an interview) and bring the p3 that was sent with the i-129F that my fiancee sent me. Once they see that, they will re-validate my visa and if my interview is accepted, they will issue my visa, allowing me into the states to get married with my fiancee within the 90 days. To whom ever who has been having the same issues and or has found this topic today, this is pretty much as much information as you'll get from them.

I have myself and my three kids on my profile, all on the K1 visa though.

We still have not had any luck selecting an interview. Has anyone seen any appointments open? Here's hoping they open some interview slots soon. Sending everyone waiting the best of luck!
