Ok,

I havent received anything from the US embassy yet but i DO have my LDN number as NVC sent docs to London on the 20th...

Can I send my DS2001 off already? I applied for my Police Check 14 days ago and I believe that is the only thing I am missing (although I am contacting my GP tomorrow to get my list of immunisations)

Actually, must admit I dont have the I-864 either..whose responsibility is it to fill that in? The applicant or the benficiary?

Thanks

Teddy

The USC has to fill out the I-134, thats what you need.

Get them to work on that, it can take awhile to compile the paperwork.

Wait till you get packet 3 from the embassy, shouldn't take too long, follow the directions from there!

You may be waiting for your police certificate for a while yet, mine took a full 40 days.

Remember not to rush everything. If you have not gotten your packet 3 yet, it's better to wait. Go get your USC fiance to send you I-134 and make sure you have your police certificate ready before you send everything in. Good luck!
