I'm just curious about descriptions in this document.. it's said that K-1 is legal alien allowed to work ; then there is explanation about (*) , if alien description listen below has (*) he can only work after get EAD; there is no (*) near K-1, so it sounds that we can start work straight away :D

As far as DHS is concerned, after US arrival, a K1 beneficiary is legally allowed to work after they have acquired either an Employment Authorization Document (EAD/I-765) or a Green Card (GC/I-551).
