i submitted my rfe on monday 02/23/16 in nebraska via e-mail can any one help how long i have to wait till my case gets approved?my pd was 02/10/2015.and do they start working on rfe as soon as they recieve them?

thanks for your reply just pray that they have started working on my case.but one thing was very strange when they mailed for additional information they didnt change my case status at "rfe mailed"my case status is still the same one which was they received the case.is it normal?

Still waiting on NVC to issue us a case number. I called them yesterday and they don't have it. We just have to wait. Received the hard copy of our approval in the mail on Monday 2/22/16. Good luck everyone.

Ok I called uscis today and spoke to a supervisor, who told me that they are processing September 16 filers because they are backlog 5 days and I should call back the 1march if I don't receive a mail otr something from them
