CSC/TSC Unite List!

Can I ask a question regarding these dates? Is the NOA2 the date from the website, or is it the date from the letter?

For example, my NOA2 letter is dated 2/27/2006, but on the website my case was last updated on 2/28/2006, and the letter in the website (when you click on it) says that my petition was received 2/22/2006. Which date do you use? Which date is everyone using?

I am thinking that all of these dates can create mass confusion and slightly-off statistics. There is even a timeline in the system that shows a sent and NOA1 date from last November with the first RFE dated in February. It may be possible, but how do we know it's accurate...? Sorry, I'm just a type-A statistics junkie :blush:

BTW, you can add me to the CSC list. Maybe the "Unite" thoughts will help with the waiting, waiting, waiting... :whistle:

Edit to change some info below that I mis-typed. (No edit/delete button on my prior post?)

CSC/TSC Unite List!

Can I ask a question regarding these dates? Is the NOA2 the date from the website, or is it the date from the letter?

For example, my NOA2 letter is dated 2/27/2006, but on the website my case was last updated on 2/28/2006, and the letter in the website (when you click on it) says that my petition was received 2/22/2006. Which date do you use? Which date is everyone using?

I am thinking that all of these dates can create mass confusion and slightly-off statistics. There is even a timeline in the system that shows a <b>sent date from last November with the NOA1 dated in February</b>. 3 months to receive it? It may be possible, but how do we know it's accurate...? Sorry, I'm just a type-A statistics junkie :blush:

Packet 3 received - 5th May 2006

Packet 4 - 19th May 2006

Medical - 23rd May 2006

Interview - 9th June 2006 (APPROVED: 139th day!)

Married on August 10th 2006

AOS Process:

AOS/EAD sent - 13th September 2006

RFE on AOS - 22nd September 2006

Biometrics - 5th October 2006 (22nd day)

RFE Sent Back - October 28th 2006

Transfered to CSC - November 15th 2006 (63rd day)

EAD Approved - December 11th 2006 (90th day)

AOS APPROVED!! - December 14th 2006 (93rd day)

Thanks! Yes, I *meant* NOA1. Ugggh, I had a really bad morning. First editing problems, then thinking myself well into the future...I think I'm losing my mind.

Okay, so you added me using 2/22/06...but the actual letter was dated 2/27/06, and it said in the letter "we received <bla bla bla> on 2/22/06" Maybe I'm further into the future than I thought *grin*
