Yeah I knew she got RFE'd..fingers X'd there Lisz for a speedy resolve - and also munchie.

As 4 me, I havent yet sent Pkt 3 back - Im trying to juggle some stuff - i have all the docs, just havent compelted forms yet - and I have to book medical after I get shots done..which isnt til end of month - - so..watch me signature line, lol

Applied for K1

Met online 2001 - just aquaintances

Sept 2002 - 1st US visit - everything goes perfectly.

Dec 20th - Forms recev'd at CSC

Dec 27th - NOA1 received by snail mail!

Dec 29th - 'Touched'

March 10 2006 - NOA2!

March 23 - recv'd at NVC

March 24 - petition sent to London

April 9th - Pkt 3 rec'd!

May 17th - Pkt 3 signed for at London Embassy

May 24th - Medical

May24th - Pkt 4

June 14th - Interview 10am - APPROVED 1pm!!

June 16th - Visas received in my hot little hands 1pm :)

July 19th - flying to US!

July 27th - Married!! :-)

Aug 7th - Applied for SSN in married name

Aug 9th - SSN received

Add me to the NOA 2 list....got it this morning. It was dated 4/17/06.

Nov 2004 we met online in a Yahoo chat room

Nov 2005 I went to South Korea for a month to be with her

Dec 2005 I asked her to marry me and she said yes

Jan 2006 Sent in I-129F to CSC

Revieved NOA1 Jan 9th

still waiting for an answer

Touched!! April 14

Touched again on April 16

NOA2 April 17

Interview Date July 7, 2006

hey there, Steph :) Are you all excited ? I know tomorrow Renato will be arriving there.. lots of happiness for you guys :wub:

as for our RFE...in my fiance's divorce decree there was a last page that was missing the final judge's signature...so he went to the court house and got it, made a copy and sent it :) Hope it will be approved soon now !

PS. there was just a thing that I thought was weird.. they were asking for the final divorce decree and also on a second line to send any other document translated to English. A guy that talked on the phone with my fiance said that probably they put it there just in case the document he was sending back was in another language , stated that it was kinda a standard letter. So I wonder that anybody that got a RFE had this line on the letter too ? hummmm.. :wacko:

I am super excited lis! After work today me and my sister are driving to the airport. I cant believe it has finally come!!!!

I am sure you will get your NOA2 soon. After that it goes quickly. If you need help let me know.....Rio was very nice to us and answered allt he questions I emailed them.

Lisz i had that on my RFE as well and they lady i spoke to on the phone said it is now standard to add it just incase someone has something in a diff language.

First I want to say Congrats to all those who have received their NOA2s!! It's been awhile since I have posted!!

Well after patiently waiting for a while now...we finally got our NOA2, Friday April 21st:

Snail Mail

NO Update on the USCIS website

Notice Date: April 17, 2006

Those of you that haven't received a NOA2 yet, I know exactly where you're coming from. Don't get discouraged, that's why it's called a journey :P May sound clich`e...but you have to be patient, because you don't have control of the Service Center and the only thing you can do is trust them. Good Luck All!!

12-23-2005 Received NOA1

03-08-2006 Touched

03-10-2006 RFE...UUUuggghhh!!!

03-17-2006 Sent out the requested info...keeping fingers crossed!!

04-21-2006 Received NOA2 via snail mail
