We received our e-mail notification of NOA2 today. Our NOA2 date is 3/28/2006.

Best of luck to all those still waiting! We'll survive this.

Conditions Removed! Ten-year green card received 6/24/2009. No more USCIS for a very long time.

Yea im pretty much giving up hope as well. I know when i begin to snap at everyone i know its gone too far. Makes it even worse when the valiums are not even working anymore because of the stress amount. *sigh*

Its been 3 weeks after they got my RFE and all i hear is "its in active processing" well, processing what I DONT KNOW, but i dont think its my petition or its the only thing they know how to say.

Please add me to the approved petitions...dated March 28, 2006. It's weird coz that is the same day we were touched. And my Pineapple surprised me today by sending me a copy of the NOA2 paper. We didn't get an email...nothing. Just the paper it self.

WOO HOO! Now, on to the longest wait...the interview.

To everyone, wish you all the luck! Your NOA2's will be coming soon too.

got a letter from uscis today. our petition has been approved :):):) yay! i called lissa to let her know. we are both very excited and relieved to hear the good news. now the waiting will continue again for a while, but the hard parts over at least. thanks to everybody on this site for your info and support. it was so helpful for me and my baby. Salamat!

and I bet it will be soon for you too Jay :)

as for us... we still didn't send our RFE back because my fiance tought they wanted more evidence of us having met in the past 2 years but when he got here for vacations last week I saw it wasn't it.. They want his divorce decree and some documents translated to Portuguese..

He sent his divorce decree with the original petition but when we took a look at it again we saw it was missing the Judge's signature so he has to request a new one .. sigh...and the docs in Portuguese we sent an e-mail asking exactly what docs they need because the important ones I sent along with a translation and the rest was easy to see like hotel bills, ATM receipts.. I wonder if they want it translated too :P Anyway. we will be sending it all as soon as we can...fingers, toes, tongue crossed pls :)

Ps. Sorry for the journal here, eng :blush:

Well we sent our RFE back and they received it on the 7th of April, so still patiently waiting on the approval

It has now been 7 and a half months and we are pretty down about it so heres hoping that after the Easter break they will start to churn out the approvals :thumbs:
