No, it doesn't really matter. I was just confused because you thought we would be upset by your getting approved. For a second I thought your case was sent back to Texas and has been processed quicker, which would explain how sorry you felt for the rest of us. You have nothing to be sorry for. We love seeing CSC move ahead. It means my December 20 application isn't too far behind.

September 30 2006~ Married

October 3 2006 ~ Biometrics Appointment (Fingerprinted)

November 16, 2006~ RFE reply received ...didn't even know we had an RFE (INS stated that the RFE was

probably sent to the DR. that did our biometrics)

January 17, 2007 ~ CSC is now processing cases received September 25 (11 days after ours was received) :(

Married on August 10th 2006

AOS Process:

AOS/EAD sent - 13th September 2006

RFE on AOS - 22nd September 2006

Biometrics - 5th October 2006 (22nd day)

RFE Sent Back - October 28th 2006

Transfered to CSC - November 15th 2006 (63rd day)

EAD Approved - December 11th 2006 (90th day)

AOS APPROVED!! - December 14th 2006 (93rd day)

Oh my - just checked the CSC processing dates (on their site) and according to yesterday's update they're now processing I-129Fs with receipt notice dates up to december 31, 2005!

01/22/2007 - EAD card in mail (well, thank you very much)

so now our petition date is past the current processing date on the csc list but i havent received anything yet. ho hum the waiting continues as usual.... luckily i smartened up and planned another trip to the philippines, that should help break up this infernal waiting around #######... it will be so wonderful to see my baby again. good luck everybody!

well i think im never gonna get my noa2 , hubby phoned vermont yesterday and asked them why its taken almost 3 months for affidavit form to come and the guy told him our letter hadnt even been opened what a crock of ####### , so then he said to him ill put yours near to the top of the pile so the lady will deal with it quicker you should here in around 2 weeks .

WELL I GUESS HAVE WEVE WAITED 14 MONTHS TO EVEN TOUCH EACH OTHER HE TOLD THEM I GUESS WE CAN WAIT AND THEN SARCASTICLY SAID TO HIM HAVE FUN HOLDING YOUR WIFE .

THEN HE PHONED ME IN TEARS WHAT RIGHT DO THEY HAVE TO BREAK PEOPLES HEARTS !!!!!!!!! :crying::wacko::wacko:

Come on CSC!! lol I saw the date change also...maybe we are almost to NOA2 approval land!!

Haven't been here in awhile...just want to say congrats to everyone else who's gotten their approvals!!

As for me...the wait continues... :thumbs:

Met online 2001 - just aquaintances

Sept 2002 - 1st US visit - everything goes perfectly.

Dec 20th - Forms recev'd at CSC

Dec 27th - NOA1 received by snail mail!

Dec 29th - 'Touched'

March 10 2006 - NOA2!

March 23 - recv'd at NVC

March 24 - petition sent to London

April 9th - Pkt 3 rec'd!

May 17th - Pkt 3 signed for at London Embassy

May 24th - Medical

May24th - Pkt 4

June 14th - Interview 10am - APPROVED 1pm!!

June 16th - Visas received in my hot little hands 1pm :)

July 19th - flying to US!

July 27th - Married!! :-)

Aug 7th - Applied for SSN in married name

Aug 9th - SSN received
