Don't know why guys, but I am on a bit of a downer and have been all over the weekend and that is just so unlike me. I think this waiting time is really getting to me now, even though I know some people have been waiting a lot longer.

My daughter emailed CSC three weeks ago and has not even received a reply ( ) not even a standard response one!! and it looks like the CSC processing times have slowed down (again!!!) for the IR-1.

I so rarely get angry but with all that we have to get sorted at our end, in terms of house sale (with a dead housing market at the moment) that just adds to the frustration. We have now gone over our 5th month with one touch which I think was in response to an email sent by me to which they replied, "they cannot answer mine because I am the beneficiary" and then they don't even respond to my daughter as the petitioner!!

Sorry guys, but thanks for "listening" Nobody in my office understands what it is like so I thank God for this site which really does keep me going, Hope someone, anyone hears something soon, just to let us know that CSC are alive!!

Hey Everybody,

Lets hope that this week is going to be a good week. I really really really would love an NOA2 this week more than anything!

It would be so nice to be able to say to my love that it has been approved and that we might soon have a date in mind to be together again.

I don't think I have ever done anything that is so emotionally draining as this!!!!

engfridak, did you try to email them yet? ask for a status update??

yes, we have emailed 4 times and then our congressman is tracking our case too. We also have called USCIS several times. But all they tell us is that our case is under background checks and we have wait.

Oh well...

I want to thank you on behalf of all the VJ members going through CSC/TSC. Words can not describe the appreciation I have for what you do. I it must be hard waiting for so long while people that file after you are getting approve. I wish there was something I could do to get you approve!

How many a day’s and night I would come to this list to see what was really happening at CSC.

I also want to thank your understudy Jaylen Brit.

i know how you feel. My baby in Brasil had a hard day yesterday too. She does not have this site to rely on (her English needs much work like my Portuguese) and many people tell her she is crazy to wait which sometimse makes it frustrating for the both uf us.

grrr what's happening with the USCIS Centres this week? Only one approval has come through. Really had my hopes up that this week would be the week for us after all the approvals put in the last couple of weeks by the CSC. Guess I should stop complaining, some of you guys have been waiting way longer than us. We are only up to day 100.

So very, very frustrating. My daughter keeps asking what date they are up to and seeing her disappointed face the last few days when I say they haven't done anymore since last week, breaks my heart, not to mention wanting to be with my baby, like all of you with yours, so very badly. Over 6 months now since we touched.

My NOA1 at CSC is Sep 2,2005.....got NOA2 .....Jan 27, 2006.....CR-1

Same NOA1 date as ours and yet we have heard nothing !!!! Processing times state they are working on the 18th July dates and your NOA2 makes a mockery of this, so there is hope for us yet, (hands clasped together in fervent prayer )

By the way, just thought I would ask your opinions about this,

I emailed them back in December ( think that was why we got a "touch") and they replied saying that I was not supposed to email them as I was the beneficiary and it had to come from the petitioner !!

Anyway, my daughter emailed them over three weeks ago and to date has not had a reply!!!

Do you think it is a bit risky if I email them again or would that be pushing my luck a bit
