I wasn't touched either until I sent an email to CSC and got a standard response back. I wonder if there is even any point in sending an email to CSC if the same response always comes back.

The waiting continues...

Some people get NO touches between NOA1 and 2 so don't panic :)

And we shouldnt be chatting on this list or Engfridak will get the whips out - oy :hehe:

Applied for K1

Met online 2001 - just aquaintances

Sept 2002 - 1st US visit - everything goes perfectly.

Dec 20th - Forms recev'd at CSC

Dec 27th - NOA1 received by snail mail!

Dec 29th - 'Touched'

March 10 2006 - NOA2!

March 23 - recv'd at NVC

March 24 - petition sent to London

April 9th - Pkt 3 rec'd!

May 17th - Pkt 3 signed for at London Embassy

May 24th - Medical

May24th - Pkt 4

June 14th - Interview 10am - APPROVED 1pm!!

June 16th - Visas received in my hot little hands 1pm :)

July 19th - flying to US!

July 27th - Married!! :-)

Aug 7th - Applied for SSN in married name

Aug 9th - SSN received

Yea, our I-129F was approved yesterday January 31 for my fiance in Colombia!!! Here's the basics to add to your list:

K-1 Visa

Event Date

Service Center : California Service Center (applied at TSC)

Consulate : Bogota, Colombia

I-129F Sent : 2005-10-31

I-129F 2005-11-03 received at TSC and forwarded to CSC

I-129F NOA1 : 2005-11-13 received at CSC

I-129F NOA2 : 2006-01-31

Congratulations on the approval, it is so nice to hear of them and just goes to show that it is of no benefit looking at the processing times of CSC because they show K1's as processing from October and yet yours is from November!! absolutely great.

I hope that the same applies to the processing times for the I-130, that would be really good also :D

For the ones who are just a few days behind, fingers crossed you hear something this week :thumbs:

What confuses me is that some people wait months and others seem to go so much quicker. There does not seem to be rhyme or reason to it.

*January 24 2006 - mailed in I129-F petition

*January 25 2006 - I129-F received at CSC

*January 30 2006 - packet returned.....arggggggggg we forgot one signature!!

*January 31 2006 - sent I129-F back to the CSC, hope we did not forget anything else

*February 1 2006 - I129-F received at CSC again

*February 3 2006 - NOA1

*April 20 2006 - NOA2!!!!!

*April 24 2006 - Touched!

*May 15 2006 - NVC received petition today!

*May 17 2006 - Case left NVC today!!

*May 30 2006 - Received Packet 3 from Vancouver!

*May 30 2006 - Faxed back Packet 3!!

*June 6 2006 - Received packet 4!
