I am on OPT student visa. I am willing to apply for GC on the basis of marriage to USC (recently got married).

Now, does anybody around know what is the cost of lawyer in Atlanta area. if theres anyone who is in area and is applying for GC.

any experiences....please share

You probably do not need a lawyer if your case is straightforward

because my case was pretty simple I filled out all the forms and had my lawyer check for errors and he only charged his hourly rate-so you might be able to choose that route-it took my lawyer about 1 hour to check our forms.

Catholic charities will help you for free. They can advise if there is anything about your case to indicate the need for an attorney as well.
