Please VJ members!!!

Im so confused, im filling out all documents for Adjust Of Status and i when to the congress to get all of them. they gave me these documents.

I 485

G325 A

I 131

I 765

I 864

BUT the lawyer gave me all but instead give me I 131, he gave me I 130.

who is right?

The I-130 is for petition of alien relative, which you don't need if you are doing the AOS/I-485 for a K1. Only if you were a K3 then you need it. The I-131 is for the application of the Travel Document, and you will get it along with the Employment Authorization (I-765) in the same card.

The list you have is correct but it needs the copy of the I-94 and a copy of the I-129F.... See http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1k3aos for a detalied instructions (including support evidences) and samples.
