"Pulled for Review" + 7 day window?

Spoke with NVC and they told me my case has been "pulled for review" and that I should anticipate an email within the next 7 days for further instructions. Also spoke with another rep who said it takes 7 days for them to see something on their end.,or something like that which completely confused me as I've never read about anyone on here experiencing that 7 day period? Anyone know anything about this?

She said nothing about a CC...I'm just wondering if this means I'm in a supervisor review? I never requested one, but it's been over 30 days. Or does it mean that I should anticipate a checklist coming my way? Or am I just worrying way too much?

Difficult to say. If you called after the 30 day period and they told you that it's been put for review, it sounds like they pulled it when you called and put it for supervisor review, since you were past 30 days. On the other hand, if they told you you'd hear something within the next seven days, that sounds more like a checklist coming your way.

Think you just need to wait a week and see if you get an email from them, otherwise call again. If they put you on supervisor review, you won't hear anything until the supervisor has reviewed your case.

You've been very helpful a few times now, thank you very much! They ended up putting us on Supervisor Review today. Just frustrating being told one thing by NVC officials on Monday and a different thing today, having the rep say the other girl gave me wrong info and should've put us on Supervisor Review then.

The NVC saga continues, gah!

Supervisor review is such a lottery, I hope you got a good "ticket" and hear within the 45 days. Just brace yourself, supervisor review can be very exhausting with the wrong supervisor.
