It doesn't matter that you were friends in school 12 years ago, at the interview, they want to see that you have an ongoing bona fida marriage. Having only met in person for two days over a six year period is really not much. How long have you had a romantic relationship? How long were you engaged before you got married?

You say your wife immigrated to the US 2009, how was she able to do that? Was she a US citizen by birth or did she get a spousal or fiance visa? When did she become a USC? These are things the councilor will look at along with your evidence to determine that you're in bona fida marriage.

If I were you, I'd try and get at least one more visit in before the interview.

Try to gather as much proof of on going relationship post Nika and the time when you were just friends, but still your case is not strong. If your wife can visit you before the interview will make your case stronger. Even with all the evidence of ongoing relationship I would say you have 50% chance.

Your case indeed bit weird since you file K-1 for a Pakistani female and in most cases it don't take more than a week. Does she has a long travel history on her passport? does she travel regularly to country of interest? does she ever visited US? if yes then had she ever over stayed her visa? If answer to any of these question is 'Yes' then this will take fairly long time.

You mean I have to show a strong relationship between me and my wife through the internet ?

You need to prove there is more than a "strong Internet" relationship.

Only coming to Pakistan for 2 days, with no other time spent together since school almost 13 years ago looks very bad indeed.

2 days sure not enough for strong marriage case so as the other advices ..ask your wife to visit you before your interview and spend more days with her even try to go for honeymoon with her this is the best proof ,,,all other things i think will not help you

I agree with the others. Even though you've known her since school (which could actually count against you in some cases and I'll tell you why), you need to show proof of a strong bonafide relationship while you were engaged and married. Spending 2 days is not a lot of time, and I'm not trying to scare you but Islamabad is known to be a tough embassy for some. If she can try to have her come for a second visit and spend more time with you. Also have you submitted the paperwork for the i-130? I know tickets aren't always cheap but if she could visit sometime soon and then try and visit again (if you haven't submitted the paperwork and depending on where you live the wait could be 1 year +), she could maybe make a third visit and be there for the interview as well. These visits will help show a bonafide relationship.

And what I mean when I say it could count against you is I remember seeing a couple (or couples) who have been childhood friends like this and been in and out of contact. When it came time to the interview they had trouble because the CO thought they were doing this as a "favor" for the immigrant. And if she has any family in the USA, it could be even more challenging.
