ADJUSTMENT OF STATUS - 5 MONTHS

4 January 2005 - Submitted applications for AOS and EAD - 12 May 2005 Conditional Permanent Residency Approved - interview in Santa Ana

4 June 2005 CPR 2-year Green Card arrives in mail

REMOVAL OF CONDITIONS - 3½ MONTHS

8 May 2007 - I-751 sent to CSC - 23 August 2007 - Approved - Card production ordered

30 August 2007 - 10 year Green Card received

12/1/15- EAD approved- 56 days - text/email received

12/5/15 - AP/EAD approval notice received in the mail

12/7/15 - Finally receive appointment letter for biometrics 12/22/15

12/8/15 - Did walk in biometrics

12/8/15 - AP/EAD card ordered

12/14/15- EAD/AP Card received in the mail

2/10/16- AOS- card ordered :dancing:

2/16/16- GC was mailed

2/19/16- Green Card received!!!

got SMS nd emails that our I-485,I-765 and I-131 got accepted and are at the NBC (MSC). Not sure if that means faster or slower processing at the moment..

To the folks getting RFE's, are you getting text messages about it ? Does it show up in the USCIS case status page ?? We have not gotten anything by text, nor anything on the status page . Just wondering how you all initially found out you were getting RFE. This process is nerve wracking for sure !

01/12/16- bio appointment successful

01/12/16-received rfe via mail for joint sponsor and proof of imm. status

Yay! Just got home from short Halloween weekend with the family down in Florida. And got my biometrics appointment letter waiting for me in the mailbox ? It will be on November 12 in Atlanta.

Yeah you get a text/email if you submitted the I-1145 form with your paperwork. So it shows up on the USCIS site as an update.

K1 Visa Process:

Also completed early walk in biometrics appointment today. Sat in waiting room for approx 30mins waiting for number to be called then actual appointment took no more than 5 minutes. Finger prints and photograph plus a few details such as height, weight, eye color etc...

10/05/15 - Sent AOS package (I-130, I-485, I-765, I-131)


10/07/15 - Package delivered at Chicago lockbox


10/14/15 - Received NOA1 text notifications
