Today I received two letters i130 and i485 notice of approval and my green card online status changed to "card mailed" I am so happy!!!!!

AOS FROM F1 VISA (2015-2016)

DAY 000 - 10/24 - sent i485, i130 and i765 (NO AP)

DAY 001 - 10/27 - received (priority date)

DAY 008 - 11/03 - NOA1

DAY 028 - 11/23 - fingerprints appointment

DAY 037 - 12/02 - i485 "Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview"

DAY 081 - 01/15 - sent electronic service request on i765. That same day was approved

DAY 086 - 01/20 - EAD was mailed to me.

DAY 089 - 01/23 - EAD received

DAY 150 - 03/20 - Interview scheduled

DAY 182 - 04/21 - Interview approved

DAY 190 - 04/29 - Green Card received

ROC

01/22/2018 - Eligible to fill ROC

We finally got an interview date scheduled for late May!

Congrats! When did you file for AOS? and where is your interview?

I filed for my AOS on 2nd of OCT and my center is Newark, NJ but I have not yet got the interview date.

10/08/2015 - Check cashed -- Text & email for "case received". Case Status: Fingerprint fee Received

10/13/2015 - Received NOAs in mail for I-485 and I-765.

10/17/2015 - Received Biometrics appt. letter (date: 10/29/2015)

10/21/2015 - Tried to Walk-in at Elizabeth-NJ, Talked to ASC manager, but she Didn't allow me before scheduled date

10/29/2015 - Finally, finished biometric as scheduled

12/16/2015 - EAD Approved

12/19/2015 - EAD received in mail.

03/03/2016 - I-485 Case Status changed to "Ready to be scheduled for an Interview"

05/28/2016 - Received interview invitation letter

06/01/2016 - AOS interview

I have seen the quarterly performance papers and Newark NJ looks busier than Mount Laurel NJ.

I know how frustrating it is to wait for the interview date while applicants from other states are mostly done with the interview process altogether, and even have received their cards. Hope you get it soon.

https://www.uscis.gov/tools/reports-studies/immigration-forms-data/data-set-form-i-485-application-adjustment-status

Each fiscal report is sorted based on USCIS offices; you can see how many applications are received at every office, how many are still pending, etc.

Oh!! Newark has more than 11,000 pending AOS appliction that is pretty big number :clock: . I can see here (https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/processTimesDisplayInit.do) that Newark is most lagging behind in processing time, even behind New york city which has more than 17,000 apps pending

Howdy folks.

Sent our AOS package earlier this year and arrived; "On January 25, 2016, we accepted the fingerprint fee for your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status".

Haven't heard anything since. We received receipts and email receipts, but so far nothing else. No biometrics appointment yet or any updates. I notice some others in similar situations?

Figured I'd sign up and chime in.

Looks like you filed in January going by the message in quotes above. This thread is for October filers. Look for the "January AOS filers" thread and post in there, as that's where you'll get more information and help relevant to the date that you filed.
