:) FINALLY! I have my interview!!!!!! on April 21 :)

I have mine scheduled for April 11. My timeline is almost the same as yours.

Mine is AOS from B 1/2 tourist visa for anyone out there that may be looking for a similar applicant. We were already married, for 5 years, unlike many who came to the States and got married.

Thanks, My Priority date is August 18.2014. Good luck to you.

Thanks. The interview is scheduled for April 20. Did you get an interview date as well?

Hang in there! The more I read on the forums, there does not seem to be any rhyme or reason why some cases move faster while others dont. Luck plays a huge part. Good luck to you.

No I haven't yet received interview date. My case status says 'It is ready to schedule interview' but since my local office(Newark, NJ) is lagging behind, I guess it will take 2-3 more months for me to get interview date.

I agree with krisdisc .. it is weird how uscis handles the cases and I also think it's all about luck on getting good people working on the cases. My filed date is Oct 6th.. I had the interview 11 days ago on Thursday March 10th and I have no response from uscis yet.. I found someone on the September filers group who went a Friday before me to the same Chatsworth office and she got a response 3 days later on a Monday. . It's really frustrating to be wondering what's going on. At least the letter the officer gave me says I only have to 30 days to inquire if I don't hear from them.. some people get a letter to wait up to 120 days .. it's crazy how uscis handles the cases..

Hey y'all! To those who still waiting for their interviews or any updates to their case, I don't know if this will make you feel any better, granted that I'm done with all these processing and everything and yes I have my green card in hand, but I still can't go anywhere unless I have my middle name fix in my gc. I can't go back to SSA office to update my status and I also can't get a driver's license. I'm actually thinking of just use whatever middle name they put in my gc then have it fix once it's time for my Naturalization but at the same time I don't want to have bigger issues and spend more money if in case they will blame this issue on me. I called USCIS today and the nice lady told me to wait for 30days for their email or call back about the issue. I already fill out the i90 form so we can send it tomorrow but the lady said to just wait for the response first. I was really looking forward to visit my pregnant sister in the Philippines but I guess it just have to wait until everything is good to go.

I adjusted from b1/b2 visa, got married in Georgia, January of 2012 and now have two little boys. I think it's not about the luck of the applicants. It can be the local office or maybe the actual officer who handles your case. But no matter what, I do suffer the long waiting game too and apparently I still have to continuously wait again. The frustration is not over yet for me ?

Congrats to all who have received their GC or at least an interview date :)

My local USCIS office is Mount Laurel, NJ and still no updates whatsoever. My case was received on October 1st, the case status still says "case was received" and "fingerprint fee was received", so, not even ready to be scheduled for an interview.

The timeline for this office is also not updated since January 31st :| so I'm not sure what their current processing day is...

I wonder if anybody else here is in the same boat as me? Do you guys recommend waiting longer, or requesting an infopass?

That's very long wait... Have you completed your biometrics? I would request an info pass... would not hurt.

Yes, I have completed the biometrics.

I wasn't sure how the infopass works so I called the USCIS customer service and they told me this office is lagging behind and since they haven't processed October files (they are still working on July 2015 applications) it would be pointless to request an Infopass as my time is considered "normal" with the rate they're going...

I had a dream last night that I was having another interview by myself with an officer lady and this morning I woke up and saw I got text and email notification at 5:30am with an update on my 485 case saying my new card is being produced, they ordered it yesterday and will mail it to me.. finally 2 weeks after the interview. . I still can't believe it.. I can finally have some peace.. no approval update , it went straight to card being produced and no update on the 130 petition case yet either. . Hoping for the best and to have my card in my hands soon.. Good luck to everyone !

Congrats! That's good news! Don't worry the next day or so it will update in to "case is approved on both 485 and 130. Then after another day again it will finally say "the card is being mailed to the address you gave us" at least that's how mine does when I check the app on my phone. Congratulations again!
