Oh God! Mine is Seattle so I've got a long wait as well 200 something days :( ..

Are you going to call USCIS or your local office in Detroit?

Thanks for the link by the way kind of eased my mind although I am pretty sure they'll make me redo my medical now.

Hang in there!! USCIS website updated the status to interview scheduled (on March 30) yesterday!!

I haven't been here in so long!

Any NYC filers with interview's yet?!

Upstate New York here. I have not recieved an interview date however we did receive a letter stating that we qualified for an interview waiver due to the overflow of cases. The letter stated that we can recieve our GC anywhere from six months to the date of the letter which was Jan 26,2016.

I'm also a New York filer who filed in mid October. My AOS case status is still on " fingerprint fee received". I have my EAD thank God! but I'm getting really anxious to see so what happens next with my case. At least you have that potential waiver letter to somewhat put your mind at ease lol.Just hope we all hear something back soon!

There are many AOS files on this forum who arrived with K1 visa.

Anyone who is Adjusting status from H1B or F1 visa under F2A category? If so, please reply with your timeline. I want to know if anyone got the interview date?

I am on H1B and filed AOS(I-485) application under F2A on OCT-06-2015.

My priority date is 05/20/2014, that is when I filed my I-130. So I have been waiting for almost 2 years but my status still says "

On October 6, 2015, we accepted the fingerprint fee for your Form I-485".

needless to say its very frustrating :clock:

This is true however I would love to just get on with it . We are trying to get my step children here as well as a K-2 the sooner my husband recieves his GC the easier it will be for them when they arrive and we can adjust their approval once they are here depends on his so it is like a trickle effect. The whole process is long however so far we have been lucky considering other timelines that i have seen. I am sure that you will here something soon.

I hear you on that. I can clearly see how this whole waiting process has a domino affect in other aspects of your case.Hopefully you hear from them soon as well, so you can bring up your step children and proceed with life! :)

I haven't been on here in a few months - I initially filed for AOS on Oct 5th in California. I Received EAD / AP in December however I then moved to NYC in January for a new Job so this has probably delayed things for me as i'm sure the processing times in California are much quicker and i would of already had an interview had i not relocated. Today i got confirmation of my interview date in NYC - April 8th.

So any of you October NYC filers should expect an interview date any day.

Good Luck

Thank you for the update. I'm a NYC filer who filled back in Oct 10th. I received my EAD in December as well. I'm still waiting to here from USCIS like many others but based on your local experience it's now giving me hope for something to change in regards to my status soon.
