Card Was Mailed To Me

On February 16, 2016, we mailed your new card for Receipt Number MSC16900xxxxx, to the address you gave us. If you do not receive your card by March 17, 2016, please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request that we send your new card to you. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

So happy right on time, leaving to Europe on Friday so with card in hand no stress on coming back

1/10/15- Petition send by USPS

1/13/15- Received by USCIS

1/15/15- Notice date

1/24/15- Received hard copy NOA1 in mail

2/18/15- APPROVED - text message 9:30pm

2/24/15- NOA2 - received in mail

3/5/15 - Case # assigned by NVC

3/9/15 - In transit to embassy

3/11/15 - Embassy in Warsaw received papers, status changed to ready

3/31/15 - Medicals booked for 4/16/15

4/26/15 - Interview booked for 5/26/15

5/26/15- :dancing::dancing::dancing: VISA APPROVED!!!

08/24/15- Enter to USA

09/12/15- Married

10/06/15- AOS- send

10/07/15- packet received at USCIS Chicago lock box

10/14/15- NOA1 - text, email received this morning

10/29/15- received text RFE on the way :(

11/3/15 - RFE received in the mail

11/4/15 - response to RFE send

11/17/15- received text - mail returned by post office on form I-765 and I-485

12/1/15- AP approved- 56 days - text/email received

12/1/15- EAD approved- 56 days - text/email received

12/5/15 - AP/EAD approval notice received in the mail

12/7/15 - Finally receive appointment letter for biometrics 12/22/15

12/8/15 - Did walk in biometrics

12/8/15 - AP/EAD card ordered

12/14/15- EAD/AP Card received in the mail

2/10/16- AOS- card ordered :dancing:

2/16/16- GC was mailed

2/19/16- Green Card received!!!

Late October filler still waiting for interview date.....

AOS FROM F1 VISA (2015-2016)

DAY 000 - 10/24 - sent i485, i130 and i765 (NO AP)

DAY 001 - 10/27 - received (priority date)

DAY 008 - 11/03 - NOA1

DAY 028 - 11/23 - fingerprints appointment

DAY 037 - 12/02 - i485 "Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview"

DAY 081 - 01/15 - sent electronic service request on i765. That same day was approved

DAY 086 - 01/20 - EAD was mailed to me.

DAY 089 - 01/23 - EAD received

DAY 150 - 03/20 - Interview scheduled

DAY 182 - 04/21 - Interview approved

DAY 190 - 04/29 - Green Card received

Well we had Tim's interview today. It was not too bad but there was an issue with his DS-3025 vaccination form. All of the information was there but the box to say the form was completed was not check. Our immigration officer here in Portland would not accept it. Luckily enough after many phone calls and a very nice US civil surgeon we were able to get a new vaccination for and submitted it to the immigration office all before lunch time. Wow what a crazy day. Now we wait.

Congrats to all the latest approvals!!!! Finally we recieved text this evening that my wife's green card is being produced!!!! Yaaaaay, finally get to take a break for awhile.

Priority date in August 2014.

Waiting to hear any updates from USCIS. My case status still reads "Fingerprint Fee Received"

Have had my EAD and AP approved which is nice. Good Luck!

Hi Chejemmie, Nice to find a fellow F2A filer! I'll keep my progress updated here. The priority dates are current for me, so I'm hoping to hear something soon. Things have been fairly slow going in my case, for some reason. My EAD and AP were approved after 125 days, following 2 service requests. I'm hoping the AOS goes a little faster. All the very best to you in your journey.
