Getting a little concerned with our paperwork, sent in on the 8th received on the 10th and still haven't cashed the check. I am seeing others here that sent in on or after our received date getting their notifications. :(

Hey there TravandLhen! We do have same dates and yes, I did received the notifications through text and email last week but that doesn't mean theres nothing to worry about my paperwork, I already know that I will be getting an RFE for my medical since we didn't send it together with my packet. Yours might be just a little late. Every case is different so hang in there, who knows maybe tomorrow or the next day you will get the text and email notifications ?

The only concern I have is with the Check, I didn't have any checks at the time and didn't do a money order, what i did was just gave the money to my uncle and had him right out the check for us. Just worried that might not accept it because the check is under my uncle's name and not mine.

As far as I know, as long as he wrote the right amount of the fee and did not put abbreviation of the Department of Homeland and Security you should be good to go. We did ours through money order and the last time I checked, neither one of them haven't cash either.

Hi, as I wrote here a few days ago my NOA for I-765 didn't come with NOA for I-485 and I-131, but today it came!

And guess what.....my biometrics appointment notice came too! I'm pretty surprised that's it's been quick.

Appointment is November 4th.

Good Luck to you all :)
