D-I-L received green card today....one week exactly after her interview.

Thank you everyone for your support and camaraderie! Good luck to all those still waiting....

K1 VISA & MARRIAGE - 8 MONTHS

17 February 2004 Sent I-129F petition CSC - It was APPROVED in 147 days

3 September 2004 INTERVIEW IN LONDON SUCCESSFUL VISA APPROVED! MARRIED OCTOBER 16, 2004

ADJUSTMENT OF STATUS - 5 MONTHS

4 January 2005 - Submitted applications for AOS and EAD - 12 May 2005 Conditional Permanent Residency Approved - interview in Santa Ana

4 June 2005 CPR 2-year Green Card arrives in mail

REMOVAL OF CONDITIONS - 3½ MONTHS

8 May 2007 - I-751 sent to CSC - 23 August 2007 - Approved - Card production ordered

30 August 2007 - 10 year Green Card received

K2 TIMELINE (Stayed behind in UK to finish school)

28 March 2005 - embassy interview & medical London - visa granted

01/18/06 Applications for AOS/EAD sent - 03/28/06 EAD approved

4/3/06 - RFE for AOS - requested new medical and vacc supplement

Hi everbody how many days should I wait since I filled my application to do a service request on my i485?

AOS FROM F1 VISA (2015-2016)

DAY 000 - 10/24 - sent i485, i130 and i765 (NO AP)

DAY 001 - 10/27 - received (priority date)

DAY 008 - 11/03 - NOA1

DAY 028 - 11/23 - fingerprints appointment

DAY 037 - 12/02 - i485 "Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview"

DAY 081 - 01/15 - sent electronic service request on i765. That same day was approved

DAY 086 - 01/20 - EAD was mailed to me.

DAY 089 - 01/23 - EAD received

DAY 150 - 03/20 - Interview scheduled

DAY 182 - 04/21 - Interview approved

DAY 190 - 04/29 - Green Card received

ROC

01/22/2018 - Eligible to fill ROC

My AOS case went from "new card is being produced" to "your case has been approved" does this mean I won't be having an interview?

Congratulations, same as we got. Keep logging in. You will get a status of Postal service picked up with a tracking number. Didn't take but a week total I believe until card was received.

USCIS is closed today. Husband just tried to call to put in a service request on his EAD. :ranting: I'm so over this.

It's MLK day. USCIS is closed like all govt offices on all federal holidays.

02 Aug 2012 -- Met online

23 Feb 2013 -- Relations began (L)

19 May 2014 -- Visited! :luv:

26 Jun 2014 -- Engaged :dancing:

15 Oct 2014 -- I-129F package finished and mailed to Dallas

17 Oct 2014 -- NOA1 (email) TSC

22 Oct 2014 -- ARN updated

13 May 2015 -- NOA2 (email) :dancing:

19 May 2015 -- NOA2 Hardcopy

4 June 2015 -- NVC received (I think lol) Case number assigned.

11th June 2015 -- NVC sent to Bridgetown

16th June 2015 -- Bridgetown received

17th June 2015 - PCKT3 received
30th June 2015 - PCKT4 received

9th July 2015 - Medical (too many needles :/ )

21st July 2015 - Interview date :goofy:

10th August 2015 - Approved

12th August 2015 - Issued

13th August 2015 - Visa in hand via DHL

24th August 2015 - US arrival (POE MIA)

USCIS is closed today. Husband just tried to call to put in a service request on his EAD. :ranting: I'm so over this.

Based on your timeline, I'd say give them another week! I was so frustrated too waiting for my EAD and I put in 2 SR.

Getting a little frustrated here!!!!

Hang in there! Nothing is going to change today due to the holiday but hey, I got approved last Friday (NOA1 on October 23ish), so I assume you will get it this week!!!

Yes. Finances are getting tight and husband is going crazy stuck at home. I'm tracking 500 cases around mine using the USCIS case tracker app and probably 75% have had EAD approved. Like can't any part of this go semi-quickly. 199 days at TSC. I know you get it based on your timeline.

Agree. This is my fifth month at home and am about to go crazy soon. Don't even care about GC anymore I just want a normal functioning life...... ??

I filled on Oct 24, 2015. Last 1/15/16 I did a service request online and that same day my EAD was approved! :D
