I just got mail of NOA now.

So I have questions....

I actually got 2 mail(I-485 & I-131) but not I-765.....is it possible that 1 mail might come later?

And in the mail Notice Of The Date is 10/15 but texts came on 10/16 and mail came 10/20 so what's my official notice date?

It probably will come within the next day or so... unless it was lost in the mail. But you have the receipt number already in the text/email so these are just informational anyway.

I think the official date on the letter is the actual notice date since that's the date they entered it into the system.

My experience is that it varies depending on the office. It's typically 4-6 months. Could take longer though. I suggest looking at past filers within the last 6 months who filed using your field office and state

Thanks Naturalizemeplz! I am literally just starting to do the AOS "timeline/procedures/knowing&going ons" just now. I was almost and expert in the K1 visa process towards the end there. LOL.

I'm guessing you get assigned to your local "field" office and it depends on their work load regarding the processing times.

I'll for sure check out timelines to get a feel and idea of the timelines.

Thanks steftlin!
