Seems like lots of you got your interviews waved. I wonder if that's because you were interviewed before. like for visa or something else?

08/10/2016 - "On August 10, 2016, we mailed your new card"

Since I got tracking number, I started tracking it and it says my Green Card will come tmrw.

I just opened my post cos mail man came....and......

I filed them on 10/8 n my NOA1 date was 10/15.

Biometrics on 11/2....got RFE but ended up getting approved on 12/23 without interview.

Today 12/30 I got a card in my hand :)

Congratulations! Where did you receive you response? Mail, email, text? I sent a service request on the 28th...they responded the same day but I have to wait for the mail to get the details.

When I called the USCIS and filed a service request for the EAD they asked for my email address, they responded via email. FYI anyone filing a service request your spouse has to be present they will ask them if they are the applicant and they will ask them their full name and if it is ok for the petitioner to speak on their behalf.

When I called the USCIS and filed a service request for the EAD they asked for my email address, they responded via email. FYI anyone filing a service request your spouse has to be present they will ask them if they are the applicant and they will ask them their full name and if it is ok for the petitioner to speak on their behalf.

Thank you for the info Longrangeshootr.. Could you please provide me the phone number you called? In the case I am the applicant, do I also need my husband present when I call? Do you know if I can call even though I have a lawyer? Or the lawyer needs to make the call? Thank you!
