On December 22, 2015, we ordered your new card for Receipt Number MSCXXXXXXXXXX, and will mail it to the address you gave us. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

seems like everyone who came with K Visa are getting their approvals without interviews.

I'm still waiting for my interview date, and EAD. No AP, I'm not planning to go anywhere anytime soon.

I filled on 10/24 and biometrics on 11/23... NO RFE

So happy to see so many getting their green cards approved. Rad. I'm cautiously optimistic that I might be one in a few weeks. Green card would be incredible, but I'd still settle for EAD!

This is truly the best Christmas present EVER.

It gives me SO much relief as we are expecting a baby boy in March and two incomes will be very critical when I return to work in June.

So happy!

PS: I just said a little prayer at my desk hoping that everyone gets theirs soon, too! (L)

Not sure if it made a diffference for us or not, but we went overkill on all the apps. We included birth certificate with english translation, social security card copy, marriage license, passport , and I -94 on the I-765 and the I-131. Maybe they just want to see those extra things on interview. Can't say for sure. We read through the instructions multiple times to be sure we put in everything listed and then some because we wanted to get the EAD and Advanced Parole as fast as possible.

Our appmt is for 1/8 at 2pm. We're going to definitely have to reschedule since my wife won't be back till the end of Jan.

Who know's it could be anything... What documents did you submit? It should pretty much be:

I-765 Application For Employment Document

• 2 passport photos of beneficiary (attached with a paper clip to Form I-765 and signed)

• Copy of beneficiary’s passport (Bio ID page, K1 Visa page, recent I-94)

I-131 Application For Travel Document

• Copy of beneficiary’s passport (Bio ID page, K1 Visa page, recent I-94)

• 2 passport photos of beneficiary (attached with a paper clip to Form I-131 and signed)

At least this is what we submitted... i guess we also included the I-1145 email/text form but that's optional.

Actually... ours is a K1 visa.. but nothing yet. We do have an interview on Jan. 11th, but no movement with the EAD/AP.

Just praying that it doesn't have anything to do with politics. Spouse is from Egypt and supposedly they're going to scrutinize middle eastern countries even MORE than they have in the past.

Keeping our fingers crossed that there's some type of movement but if all else fails, we have our interview in a few weeks and will find out then...

Ahh! So this morning we get a text that shows the travel doc was approved, and it turns out the approval we received yesterday was for EAD! Still a blessing, but man, I have the worst baby brain/attention to detail. I'm lucky I even got out a decent AOS application with how spacey I am.

So EAD/AP approved, and last update for i-485 was November 5th indicating the case is ready for interview to be scheduled.

I hope everyone gets approvals, interviews, cards very soon!!! <3

Whole time I was waiting for my I-765&I-131 to be approved but guess my GC will come first

Logged into USCIS today to see if there was an update on the green card being mailed. Checked all three case numbers . The case number for the I-765 and the I-131 say Case Terminated Benefit Received By Other Means. Our I-485 case number states that Card Was Picked Up By The United States Postal Service and it gave a tracking number. Was sent out of Kentucky yesterday and arrived at the Massachusetts sorting building today.
