RFE got delivered.

I'm just wondering now... Shouldn't I have had submitted all of the supporting documents (like: tax returns, W-2s, paystubs, etc) again with the new I-864? I think not.

Note: in the RFE they just mentioned that the form that I used is expired and I need to resubmit the new form, properly filled and completed; no word about W-2s, tax returns, pay-stubs, etc.

Thx.

I would just submit the documents they requested. Although for my RFE they specifically said to also submit supporting documents with the newly completed/signed I-864 form.

My RFE said to submit supporting documents such as pay stub and stuff but if it doesn't say it for yours then I think you don't need to.....

I suggest to follow what the paper says.

Good luck.

I had my biometrics on the 9th of November and haven't heard anything since. I know it's still within the normal timeline but some kind of update would be nice. I've been in the states since the start of August and its getting really depressing sitting around all day not being able to work, not being able to do any thing fun either because I'm not making any money. Husband is stressed because he has to do so much overtime. Really hoping EAD is approved in the next few weeks..then hopefully i can find a job straight away :clock:

We haven't heard anything either ... Biometrics on Oct 29. Status updated Nov 4 to "ready for interview" but no paper/texts or notices. I get freaked out hearing all these stories about people who didn't receive any notices and then next thing they hear they failed to respond to an RFE they didn't get or appear for an interview they didn't know was scheduled and their app gets denied !!! I think it's well worth calling every few days to check. And if your interview was cancelled... from what I've read, not to scare anyone, but it's worth showing up anyway bc the sh!t people have had to go through afterword, even if it works out in the end, so not worth it!!! Fingers kept crossed for all my fellow sept/oct filers!

The interview is based on the local office it is sent too. The Portland,OR office is taking about 6 months from the filing date for an interview. Some friends (other VJers) filed in July and just got their interview for next week. My understanding is that their case did not get updated until an interview date was sent to them a few weeks ago. Check the timelines for your local office. It really helped me to not worry so much. :)
