I would like to do my biometric walk in if possible, Any suggestion or things I have to take care of it before I go there other than documents?

I have not received biometric appointment letter yet

Should I worry??? Anyone with similar dates and not having date?

1/10/15- Petition send by USPS

1/13/15- Received by USCIS

1/15/15- Notice date

1/24/15- Received hard copy NOA1 in mail

2/18/15- APPROVED - text message 9:30pm

2/24/15- NOA2 - received in mail

3/5/15 - Case # assigned by NVC

3/9/15 - In transit to embassy

3/11/15 - Embassy in Warsaw received papers, status changed to ready

3/31/15 - Medicals booked for 4/16/15

4/26/15 - Interview booked for 5/26/15

08/24/15- Enter to USA

09/12/15- Married

10/06/15- AOS- send

12/7/15 - Finally receive appointment letter for biometrics 12/22/15

12/8/15 - AP/EAD card ordered

12/14/15- EAD/AP Card received in the mail

2/10/16- AOS- card ordered :dancing:

I try to do walk in at local office, and did not allow me in for it... I guess not all ACS office accepts walk in.

11/23/2015 - Biometric Done

01/14/2016 - EAD/AP approved, New Card Produced...

01/22/2016 - EAD/AP Card Received

04/04/2016 - Case updated for Interview, Interview in MidMay @ Tampa,FL

05/13/2016 - Interview (Approved, IO told about receiving paperwork in a week)

06/06/2016 - Service Request for Case taking longer time (As no update on case after 3 weeks of Interview)

07/07/2016 - Service Request open & respond

07/09/2016 - Card was delivered to me by the post office, Physical card (10 years) & Welcome Letter received - (No update as email, but case status updated on USCIS web)

Yes.. Unfortunately, not all office do walk ins. :( The good thing is it will be soon.

10/08/2015: AOS packet sent to USCIS (Chicago lockbox) via USPS Priority mail (They received it 10/10/15).

10/16/2015: Text/eEmails received from USCIS with receipt number. We received 3.

10/22/2015: Received hard copies of NOA's for I-131, I-765, & I-485.

11/01/2015: Got NOA for biometrics appt (for 11/12/15).

11/03/2015: Did WALK IN biometrics appt - took 15 mins. Person taking said work permit should be in mail in less than 4 wks.

12/09/2015: Got email/text notification for INTERVIEW date.

12/28/2015: Got email/text notification EAD card has been mailed.

12/31/2015: Received EAD/AP card.

01/11/2016: INTERVIEW (in Los Angeles office).

01/11/2016: Case in in "CONTINUANCE". Awaiting approval. (Feels like AP).

06/27/2016: I-485 APPROVED - (FINALLY!!!) / 264 DAYS (8 MONTHS 20 DAYS)

07/01/2016: GREEN CARD RECEIVED

You should have received it by now I would assume for sure...

Did you save the mail that you have received from USCIS? Go over it again and read everything that's on it.

I received a total of three separate letters via mail:

I (my wife) received NOA for I-130

NOA letter for I-485

And biometrics appointment letter

You can try to call the help desk hotline number on your NOA letters to request for info. If it's your appointment letter was really sent and lost they can open a service request for another to be sent. Have your receipt numbers ready

"On November 17, 2015, we received your response to our Request for Evidence for your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status, Receipt Number MSCxxxxxxxxxx. Our National Benefits Center office will begin working on your case again. We will mail you a decision or notify you if we need something from you."

Hopefully no more RFE.

All I got was NOA for I-485, I-765 and I-131

Yesterday I got text for returned mail

I have called USCIS but all they told me is to wait

Did my biometrics last Thursday the 12th of November.
