okey, thats my situation right noww

i send papers and been recived on 15 feburury 2007, they taken all the money from the bank account, for work aithoriztion and adjustment of status, and for the finger prints, the full 575$, they send me notice of action for the biomatrics interview plus my 2 forms case number for checking it online and tracking it,

is there is a possibalty still that they send me RFE?

or am in the safe side right now?

plus, my papers has been forworded to missouri service center, and am from spencer, IOWA, any notice about that?

plus my biomatrics is in South Dakota, Souix Falls.

any body have picture what my situation is?

am sorry for adding that one again

You can still get an RFE. You're not out of the woods until you are approved.

9-25-06 Interview: APPROVED!

10-16-06 Flt to US, POE Detroit

11-5-06 Married

7-2-07 Green card received

9-12-08 Filed for divorce

12-5-08 Court hearing - divorce final

does i still have option to trnasfer to CSC, or since i moved to missouri as they told me at the first notice of action

that means i will be there forever?

am bad in interviews, anykindd

am dying for having no interview?

any option still open??

You have no control over that. You'll just have to wait and see.
