okey, thats my situation right noww

i send papers and been recived on 15 feburury 2007, they taken all the money from the bank account, for work aithoriztion and adjustment of status, and for the finger prints, the full 575$, they send me notice of action for the biomatrics interview plus my 2 forms case number for checking it online and tracking it,

is there is a possibalty still that they send me RFE?

or am in the safe side right now?

plus, my papers has been forworded to missouri service center, and am from spencer, IOWA, any notice about that?

plus my biomatrics is in South Dakota, Souix Falls.

any body have picture what my situation is?

You can still get an RFE. You're not out of the woods until you are approved.

You can be given a RFE at your interview so the only time you can say there is no chance of a RFE is after you have been approved....

having your file in Missouri is normal, as is your biometrics location. From this point your file will be transferred either to CSC or to your local office.

You have no control over that. You'll just have to wait and see.
