Social security card. You can apply for it once you receive the EAD card.

I applied mine the day after my POE here in the U.S.

But I and my hubby went to Social Security Office this morning and applied for my name change.. They only asked my original marriage contact, my EAD+AP combo card, and the form I downloaded from their website for name change and filled it out! Nice and easy except the waiting time! And we're about to go to the Secretary of State to renew my drivers liscense. (They only issued 20 days DL for me when I applied with my i94)

Hello VJ's just need to know if I am in the right forum just need to be sure that I am following the appropriate group for my case. I am the beneficiary ( the alien spouse) who married here in US . We filed concurrently I-130 and I-485 in Oct. 30 but my date of notification is Nov. 3, all my mails where returned back to USCIS in Lees Summit due to wrong mailing address, so I am one month late, which means I got my I-797C's in November already. I am looking at all the status and it says KI visas? Thank you for any response.
