So they sent me an RFE saying that they need a letter of my sponsors job. So letter of employment containing dates of employment , number of hours per week worked. Yearly salary. And pay stubs or other documentation of pay for the last 6 months.

It's annoying cus I originally sent them that info. Not so in detail but ninjas sent a letter of employment and taxes and some lay stubs. I guess they want to see it again. Well I'm hoping to Send it by Wednesday at latest.

Thanks for sharing BarbaraL. I just got the rfe from mail...and it's about our joint sponsor... They said that our joint sponsor did not meet the poverty guideline( which of course she did) so we will just work on it again.

Awwww that sucks! Yeah my RFE was about our joint sponsor as well and she did meet the poverty guidelines but of course they wanted more proof about her job. The letter didn't say it was about that exactly but I'm sure that's what they meant. I will be sending my package today as soon as I get out of school.

Good luck to you!!!

What forms did you submitted? Didn't you do Concurrent Filling?

Yes I did concurrent filing, I made a mistake of putting our physical address( as that was the application asked for) and not the mailing address which is a PO Box so all my first notifications from them via mail were sent back as I waited in vain. I have already updated my mailing address so I got my I-797 C from Lees Summit MO re my I-130 . And my RFE for my I-485 which is only a page that I missed putting the household number. As I read the thread of all the posts , I think we can just wait and pray. Thank you for your reply.
